Alberti Popaj has been a QVC (Quality Value Convenience) host for quite some time. He began working for the network as a program host in January 2014, after spending two years as the Director of QVC.
He did, however, give his followers a good scare in October 2020. On a vacation announcement, he omitted to include his return date, causing fear among followers. Is he still employed by QVC? Is it possible that his fans’ concerns were justified?
Is Alberti Popaj still a QVC employee?
Alberti Popaj is still associated with QVC, as evidenced by his Instagram bio. “QVC’s person with an eye for style,” states his bio, implying that he is delighted to be linked with the brand. However, the matter arose after Popaj announced on social media that he would be going on vacation for a few days on October 2, 2020. He stated that he will be spending a few days with his family and two adorable puppies.
Friends, cheers! I’ll be spending some time with these two and my family over the next three days. I just wanted to let you all know. He closed the post by expressing he was looking forward to getting back to work. “I’m looking forward to getting back on the air with you as soon as possible!!” In his communication, he did not, however, give any return dates.
Popaj reappeared shortly after, putting the fans’ minds at ease. He aroused some anxiety for his admirers by not offering a return date as the host of a top-rated daily show with thousands of committed viewers. His admirers began to wonder what had happened to him after he failed to return in “a few days,” as he had promised.
Popaj’s dismissal from the show had sparked speculation among certain fans. Because of the perilous scenario that the COVID-19 epidemic had brought forth, QVC had previously let go of a few other hostesses, including Antonella Nester, Gabrielle Kerr, Stacey Stauffer, and Kristine Zell.
Others were concerned as well, wondering if he had tested positive for COVID-19. Thankfully, Popaj was not one of them. On October 21, 2020, he announced his comeback to Gourmet Holiday in a Facebook and Instagram post.
His Fans Couldn’t Be Happier That He’s Back
Popaj’s admirers were happy to see him return, as evidenced by the comments on his Facebook post. “I’m so thrilled you’re back,” one fan said. I’ve been trying to figure out where you’ve gone. This afternoon, I’ll be seeing Gourmet Holiday! It’s wonderful to see you again.”
