Abby Eden, the host of FOX 4 News Morning Show, and her husband Tyler Curry are expecting their third child.

On April 14, 2021, the Kansas City resident disclosed her pregnancy and the birth of her third child on Instagram. “Changing our defense from “Man” to “Zone.” Baby Boy joins our team in October!” she wrote beside a photo of her two sons playing with a little basketball.

Eden will give birth to a son in October 2021, according to her remarks. Eden’s post was inundated with comments from her friends and fans after she made the announcement. “Baby delight!!!! Abby, congrats! “Erin Little, a meteorologist, remarked.

Dhomonique Murphy, an award-winning TV host, also greeted Eden and her husband Curry, writing, “Abby and Tyler, many congratulations!!! Fantastic news!”

Eden has been married to her spouse Curry, a University of Missouri alum, since November 26, 2016. Seven months after being engaged, they married at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Kansas City, Missouri.

Curry, a Kansas native and Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell, is her husband. From 2005 to 2010, he attended the University of Kansas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Business.

In May 2018, the power couple had their first child, a baby girl called Dorothy “Dottie” Ann. Eden and Curry’s second child, a son named Atticus Christopher, was born in July 2020.

Eden was born to Jon and Paula Eden on January 6, 1985, as Abigail Eden. Every year on January 6th, the Omaha, Nebraska native celebrates her birthday. Jennifer White, Courtney Eden, and Annette Wells are her three sisters.

She had a strong interest in journalism since she was a child, and she enjoyed watching local and national news. She enrolled in the University of Missouri in Columbia, where she got a Bachelor’s degree in Radio/TV Journalism.

With her superb anchoring and news presenting talents, the now-journalist, who stands tall at 5 feet 10 inches, has been controlling the early television hours since earning her journalism degree. Eden is currently employed with FOX 4 in Kansas City, Missouri, where she hosts the FOX 4 News Morning Show from 4:30 to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Eden has a 15-year journalism career that has brought her a lot of popularity and respect. Her first position in journalism was as a reporter and anchor for KETK TV and KFX in Tyler, Texas, where she spent three and a half years

She also worked as a multimedia journalist for WDAF TV in Lawrence, Kansas for a year before joining FOX 4 in May 2011, where she co-anchored the 10 p.m. news with Phil Witt for over six years. She moved on to the morning program after that.

Eden has received a Barbara Jordan Media Award, an Emma, many Emmy nominations, an NLGJA award, a MORE Award, and an Edward R. Murrow Regional Award for her work in journalism. Her wages have not yet been disclosed. According to Glassdoor, the average compensation of an anchor/reporter in Kansas City is $77,702 per year. And, given her background and abilities, she is undoubtedly paid more than the typical anchor.
