On top of his successful career, Scottish actor Gerard Butler has had a well-publicized dating life.
His roles in blockbuster films like Mrs. Brown, James Bond: Tomorrow Never Dies, 300, Tale Of The Mummy, and others have frequently coincided with new relationships and breakups.
His relationships, on the other hand, never seem to work out, as seen by his extensive line of ex-girlfriends. Despite this, the actor appears to be adamant about having children and starting a family. We’ll go into Butler’s previous relationships, including his most recent one, and discuss his desire to start a family soon in this piece.
Butler Has Previously Been In Several Relationships
During their twenties and thirties, movie actors are known to have had a large number of partnerships. Butler is no exception since he has a long history of ex-wives.
In the early 2000s, he dated Chiara Conti, Josie d’Arby, Yuliya Mayarchuk, Jasmine Burgess, Rosario Dawson, and Naomi Campbell. Later in 2008, he was romantically linked to actress Cameron Diaz. In 2009, he dated Jennifer Aniston from Friends.
Lindsay Lohan, Brandi Glanville, Madalina Ghenea, and Lizzie Cundy are among his ex-girlfriends from the last decade, after which he settled with Morgan Brown.

Morgan Brown’s Relationship
Butler ultimately got into a pretty serious relationship with interior designer Morgan Brown after a decade of failed relationships. They originally became associated in 2014 and had an on-again, off-again romance following that.
They broke up before 2016, but reunited in July 2017, three months later, with Butler stating that he liked being alone once again. Despite this, the two were seen together several times following, leading people to believe they were still dating.
However, the two had officially broken up by August 2020. In an interview with The Courier-Mail, the Scottish actor admitted that his breakup with Brown was difficult. During Corona, I had a breakup, so I lost a loved one in a different way than I expected, and it’s been incredibly difficult, much worse than I expected.
However, it appears that their breakup was not permanent. Butler and Brown are reportedly back together. On April 6, 2021, Dailymail reported that they have been seen together on a few occasions recently. In March 2021, they were first seen enjoying lunch together in Malibu.
The duo was photographed together the following month in Hollywood, locking lips and having a heated make-out session.
The duo has yet to announce whether or not they are formally dating.

Butler aspires to have a long-term relationship with children
Butler appears to be unable to commit to a long-term commitment, yet this does not prevent him from desiring a serious connection. In October 2017, he told People that he hoped to start a family soon.
I want to be in a relationship in five years, and I’d like to have one or two children – it’s about time. On the eve of his 50th birthday in 2019, he stated that he was hoping to adopt a child. Every year on November 13th, he celebrates his birthday.
He has expressed a desire to start a family for the past four years, but he has failed to find a stable relationship, family, or children. It’s also unknown whether he has already adopted a child.
Butler’s wish is still highly likely to come true, considering his charming demeanor, attractive build, and potential rekindling with Brown.
He Appears to Be Extremely Concerned About Children in General
Butler is a strong supporter of Mary’s Meals, an international non-governmental organization that works to feed needy children throughout the world. The actor’s commitment to Mary’s Meals projects demonstrates his concern for children.
Among the various things he has done for the charity, he has volunteered to cook, teach orphans, and play football with children.
