Lauren Jauregui is one of the most stunning singers of all time, and her transformation from slim and toned to curvy and thick is remarkable. It makes everyone wonder how she kept her body in such good shape. Lauren does appear to be more curvy and dense than she did when she was a member of Fifth Harmony, but there is a reason for this.
Lauren’s weight gain may have been noticeable over the past year; I’m not saying it’s abnormal, but it’s something we can’t ignore. As a result of the weight gain, she appeared thicker and curvier. Lauren used to work out with Fifth Harmony every day, as they revealed in an interview with BET.
They stated in that interview that everyone does the workout when they have time, and that everyone in the group works out as much as they can. Lauren was also working out with them at the time, doing HIIT training, circuit routines, working on her core and lower body, doing a little boxing, and so on.
Although there hasn’t been any information about her workout routine since she left the group, we can assume she isn’t working out as hard as she once was. Lauren is probably doing some core and lower body exercises at home when she has free time, as well as some cardio to keep her health in check.
However, as I previously stated, I was unable to determine what Lauren is doing, so this information may not be accurate. Even though I can’t tell you what Lauren’s diet is, I can give you a good idea of how to get a body like Lauren’s, so let’s look at the workout you’ll do.
You can burn a few calories by doing a cardio workout every day; it doesn’t matter which exercises you do, but I recommend running for 30 to 40 minutes. Running is good for your body because it helps you lose fat from every part of your body.
Plus, if you run, you won’t need to join a gym. If you still want to do some other exercises, try spin classes, biking, elliptical machines, climb master, and so on for about 30 minutes.

After a cardio workout, you can improve your body shape by doing a body workout; this workout will help you target your butt and waist more effectively. We’ll do a HIIT routine with only 15 seconds of rest between exercises in this workout, which will help us burn more calories while strengthening our muscles.

Lauren Jauregui: Diet Plan
Lauren Jauregui’s diet plan could be vegan; she announced in 2018 that she is trying to eat more vegan food and is on her way to becoming a vegan. I couldn’t find much else after that, but I’m guessing Lauren eats a lot of vegetables, fruits, salads, and other vegan dishes. As a result, you should eat more vegetables-rich foods and limit your snacks to fruits and green juice.
Lauren was interviewed by Allure in April about what she did when she woke up and went to bed. Lauren mentioned drinking a lot of green tea and a lot of water, both of which are considered good choices for keeping your metabolism rate and weight in check.
