Many people would assume that Zoe Laverne works out a lot to maintain her body shape after seeing her. Well, I’m not so sure about that. On Zoe’s YouTube channel, I haven’t seen a single workout post or video related to her workout.

So I can’t say if she works out a lot, and based on how quickly she recovered from her pregnancy, I’d say it’s more about natural genes. I believe her fast metabolism does the majority of the work, but that doesn’t mean she won’t enjoy working out or won’t work out. I can’t seem to say anything with certainty because I don’t have any evidence to back up my claims.
