Alexander Ludwig also enjoyed doing cardio and intense workouts because he had to practice action stunts for weeks when he was filming Vikings.
All of those fight scenes and action training sessions required a lot of endurance. Alexander Ludwig would then do some weight training before finishing with an ab routine he learned in high school.
So, in order to get a body like Alexander Ludwig’s, we’ll have to exercise five days a week. As a result, do 6-8 exercises per day. The routine will last two hours and will include everything that Alexander Ludwig has mentioned thus far.
