Despite the fact that the actor doesn’t post much about his workout on social media, I was able to figure out what Dylan enjoys doing.

Weight training, various activities when he has free time, and Maui Thai training are all part of Dylan Sprayberry’s workout. Evening Schedule

We will train martial arts four days a week in the evening routine. I’d suggest taking off Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday; if you’re used to working out, you can do it five or six days a week. Join a martial arts gym that will train you and follow the instructions of your instructor.
