Han So Hee is a South Korean actress who has appeared in films and television shows such as Money Flower, The Works Of The Married, Abyss, 100 Days Of My Prince, Reunited Wounds, and others. We’ve all heard of her, especially since she caused such a stir with her record-breaking drama.

In a Kstarlive article about Han So Hee, it was stated that Han had lost weight by skipping breakfast and eating only a small portion of chicken breast at night.
Han also avoided drinking water because he was afraid of becoming bloated. So I’m not going to promote it, but I know a lot of Kpop idols and Korean celebrities who eat this way. Instead, you can follow this diet that I devised:

Han So Hee: Workout Routine
Han is extremely attractive and fit, and she slays the role when it comes to maintaining a figure that others will admire. Han already has a slim and attractive body type, with long legs, slender arms, a slim face, and a toned body shape, making her look like a supermodel. She does, however, sometimes go above and beyond to get in better shape.
While looking for a workout routine, I discovered that Han So Hee needs to lose an additional 2 kilograms for his role in the World Of The Marriage series. She stayed at 47 kg, but Han dropped to 45 kg for the role and embarked on a diet that I don’t recommend. Now, as for her workout routine, I looked it up but couldn’t find anything. There was also nothing on her Instagram account that could have helped us better understand her workout routine.
So she doesn’t go to the gym? Even though Han is active most of the time, I believe she works out, even if it is only for an hour a day. With the way her body is shaped, I believe she is doing a workout like yoga or Pilates. Many Kpop stars have adapted both of these workout routines, so there’s a good chance Han will do one of them as well.

We’ll stick to a routine of working out and training six days a week for an hour each time. You can rest one day, but don’t become too lazy and spend the entire day in bed. We can do Pilates for an hour on the remaining three days. As the years pass, more and more artists from Korea, and even the rest of the world, are becoming interested in Pilates. It’s one of the most popular celebrity workouts, and everyone wants to try it.
It works in a similar way to yoga but differs in that it focuses more on your body’s strength and core region. You’ll be working on a variety of lower body and core muscles while remaining extremely flexible and losing weight.
