Natalie Morales’ workout routine focuses on two things: cardio and weight training. She was not a fan of lifting weights a few years ago and tried to avoid them until she read a book and then went to an iron cast gym class and realized how much she still needed to learn.

Natalie has a passion for running, and since winning the Access to Hollywood live show, she has been doing more hiking and running outside.
Natalie stated in one of her interviews that she enjoys not having to run on the treadmill anymore, and that running outside in canyons is an excellent experience. Natalie Morales runs at least 5 to 7 miles every day and almost six days a week.

Natalie Morales goes to the gym and tries to combine cardio and weight training in her workouts. Natalie begins weight training with just that movement as soon as she realizes how important it is to the body. Her new routine includes weight training for at least 40 minutes to an hour five to six days a week.
