Noah Centineo’s workout routine is strenuous, and he needs to exercise almost every day. Strength training, weight training, and a little cardio are all part of his workout. Since being cast in the film He-Man, he has to train nearly every day to the maximum.

It’s exhausting, and when people asked Noah Centineo about his workout during interviews, he refused to reveal the secret. Noah simply stated that his workout consists of doing a lot of different things in the gym, and that I train every day.
