Sunoo and the other Enhypen have been training and staying together for the past two years. After debuting, they must all maintain their body shapes in order to look like idols until the end of their careers.

So, like any other K-pop idol, they have a routine; they do a variety of physical activities and workouts to stay healthy and fit, so let’s take a look at one of Sunoo’s favorite ways to stay fit and keep his body lean and in shape.

The Sunoo workout includes the following:-

Dancing

Sunoo, like every other idol, had to put in countless hours of dance practice almost every day. On average, a single K-pop idol performs two to three hours of daily dances for their music and songs. Sunoo is no exception; for music and live performances, he must practice for two to three hours with the other members of ENHYPEN.

When you dance that much, it does help you stay in shape and burns at least 800 calories. That’s why Sunoo is so trim, and all of them have abs. So, if you want to have Sunoo’s body, you’ll need to stick to that routine or burn that many calories through cardio or other exercises.

Bodyweight Training with Sunoo

I’m not sure if Sunoo does it, but I’d rather do some simple bodyweight training. It will assist you in gaining muscle mass and becoming ripped, as well as getting your body in shape.
