Chris Colfer, an American actor, selected an unusual method of coming out. He let his movements speak for themselves rather than delivering scripted lines in a solemn tone. Chris coming out story proves that love is love, whether it’s with same-sex or opposite-sex partners.

Chris Colfer rose to prominence after playing Kurt Hummel on the critically acclaimed television musical Glee, which ran from 2009 to 2015. Furthermore, he is a published author, and a New York Times bestseller, according to his bio.

Chris Colfer was encouraged by his grandmother to pursue his dreams of acting and writing

Christopher Paul Colfer was born on May 27, 1990, and has always had a passion for writing and performing. He often praises his grandmother for encouraging him in elementary school when he first tried to write a fairytale story that would eventually become The Land of Stories.

In his debut musical, West Side Story, he got involved with community theater, and he went on to play Kurt von Trapp in The Sound of Music. Chris had his first TV job as Russel Fish in Russel Fish: The Sausage and Eggs Incident when he was 18 years old, and his second on Fox’s Glee in 2009.

The actor, who is 28 years old, got his big break on Glee, where he plays Kurt Hummel, a gay countertenor who is bullied at school for being gay and thus joins the unpopular Glee Club.
Chris went on to acquire a book deal with Little, Brown, and Company in June 2011 and penned two children’s books, The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell and The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns.

Chris Colfer Appreciates His Boyfriend’s Long-Term Relationship: His Thoughts On Marriage

In an episode of ‘Watch What Happens: Live,’ Chris introduced Will Sherrod as his love interest, not his girlfriend, but his boyfriend. And that was how Chris came out as gay to the rest of the world. Chris and his gay partner have been dating since January 2013, when they were first seen together at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. They have also been seen together at several other events.

They were even observed eating lunch together on July 4th, 2013, wearing matching patriotic attire. That’s adorable. And the two lovebirds are still going strong in their romance. The courtship may have had its ups and downs, but it has only served to make them smarter about maintaining their relationship.

Chris has even spoken openly about his feelings toward marrying his long-term boyfriend. Chris doesn’t expect a wedding ring from his boyfriend anytime soon, but he does want to wear a promise ring.
